What countries do we ship to?

We ship worldwide for up to 180 countries.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your orders. Delivery time depends on your location. It normally takes 5-7 business days within US, 2-3 weeks around the rest of the world. It might take longer during holiday seasons.  We will provide tracking information once your order shipped, should you have any questions, please kindly contact us at info@michelleyoungwigs.com.

 

Where is my order?

Haven’t receive your order? There are a few reasons for not receiving your order:

• Your order might have been lost;
• Incorrect delivery details entered at check out, so it was returned to us;
• Or the courier attempted to deliver order multiple times but were unsuccessful, so it was returned to us. 

If the order was lost during transit, you are entitled for a replacement or full refund. An order can only be classified as lost after we contacted the carrier and the carrier cannot locate your order.

If the order was not received due to incorrect delivery information  (i.e incorrect details/courier unable to deliver to given address) then the customer is responsible for paying for re-delivery. Once the order is received back and re-delivery charge is paid for, we can resend order. If the customer no longer wants the order, then a refund, minus shipping and a 20% restocking & admin fee, will be issued once the order is back with us.
